Returns

Due to the nature of the product, sales are considered final at the time of purchase. 

Refunds (only if applicable) 

Partial or full refunds will be decided on a case by case basis. 

Multiple photos of the dead plant(s), plants genuinely damaged beyond normal shipping wear and tear, should be emailed to tanasianwithplants@gmail.com within 4 hours of the delivery time as reported by the courier. 

Damaged plants will be evaluated on a case by case basis and may be eligible for a partial/full refund or replacement. To qualify for a full refund, the plant(s) should be shipped back through the same courier (UPS) in the same condition as when you received it. Shipping costs are handled by the buyer.

Live arrival guarantee is only applicable for UPS Next Day Air services. Please be aware if you are experiencing extreme hot/cold conditions. We can always hold shipping until it is safer to ship. Insulation is recommended and is available for purchase. The customer is responsible to file a claim with the courier due to delays/loss/damages. We will provide any information you need to help assist with the claim.
